Hellora

Terms of service

Last updated 5 November 2026

These terms apply when you buy or use Hellora, an AI phone receptionist for businesses. By paying for a plan or using the service you agree to them. Questions: hello@hellora.ca.

What Hellora does

Hellora answers your business calls with an AI voice agent, can book appointments, take messages, pass calls to a person you choose, and shows the results in a dashboard. We set the agent up for you with your hours, services and instructions.

Early-stage service

Hellora is a young service. We work hard to keep it running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. An AI agent can misunderstand a caller. Please check bookings and messages that matter. Hellora is not for emergency calls and should not be your only way for people to reach emergency services.

Prices and billing

Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel any time. See Refunds and cancellation.

Your responsibilities

Calls, data and privacy

Your call data belongs to you. We process it to run the service. See our Privacy page.

Third parties

Hellora relies on other providers such as telephone, voice AI, calendar and payment services. If one of them has an outage, Hellora may be affected.

Limits on our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, Hellora is provided as is, and we are not liable for lost revenue, missed bookings or indirect damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived.

Ending the service

We may suspend or end service for non-payment, misuse or legal reasons, and will tell you why. If we end it without cause during a paid month, we refund the unused part of that month.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will post the date above. For active customers we will email important changes. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
