Hellora

AI phone receptionist for local business

Every call answered. Every booking made.

Hellora picks up your business line, answers questions, books appointments or takes orders, and sends your team a summary of every call. It works while you are with a customer, closed for the night, or on the other line.

Built in Clarington, Ontario for Canadian businesses. You keep your phone number.

Who it's for

If customers phone you, Hellora can answer.

One receptionist, set up around your hours, services and rules. We start with a handful of local businesses and add trades as we learn what each one needs.

Clinics and dental

Books checkups and cleanings into your calendar, answers hours and location, and passes urgent calls to your team. It never gives medical advice.

Restaurants and pizza

Takes pickup and delivery orders by phone, repeats them back, and sends the order to your team by text or email. A direct link to your POS can be added per store.

Car dealerships

Notes the vehicle a caller asks about, books test drives and service visits, and hands buyers who are ready to your sales team.

How it works

Live in days, not months.

  1. Tell us about your business

Hours, services, what callers ask, which prices you want shared, and what counts as urgent.

  2. We build and test it

We set up your receptionist, connect your calendar and run test calls with you until it sounds right.

  3. Forward your calls

Send your business line to Hellora, or only the calls you miss. You keep your number and can switch it off any time.

On every call

What you get back.

  • A booked appointment or a taken orderWritten to your calendar, or sent to your team, while the caller is still on the line.
  • A summary in your inboxWho called, what they wanted, what happened, and what needs a human.
  • Transcript and recordingReview any call. Callers are told it may be recorded.
  • Handoff to a personFor the calls you choose, or when a caller asks for one.

Try it free for a week.

We are setting up our first local businesses now. Tell us what your phone line looks like and we will build a receptionist for it, run it alongside your team for seven days, and show you every call. Monthly pricing comes after the pilot, based on your call volume, and we quote it before you commit to anything.

Ground rules

Built to be upfront with your customers.

Callers know it's an AI

Every call opens by saying it is a virtual assistant and that the call may be recorded.

No advice, no guessing

It does not give medical, legal or financial advice, and it does not invent prices or answers. When it is unsure it takes a message.

Your number stays yours

You forward calls to us. Turn forwarding off and you are back to how things were.

Questions

What owners ask first.

What happens when it can't answer something?

It says so, takes the caller's name, number and reason, and sends the message to your team straight away. It does not make something up.

Does it work with my phone system?

If your business line can forward calls, it works. That covers most landlines, VoIP services and mobile numbers.

Can it connect to my POS, CRM or booking software?

Calendar booking works from day one. Other systems such as a POS or CRM depend on what they allow, so we check each one with you before promising it.

What does it cost after the pilot?

A monthly fee based on how many calls you get, plus a one-time setup. We give you the number in writing before you decide.

Is it right for a healthcare practice?

For booking and general questions, yes. We keep health details off the call: it collects a name, phone number and appointment type, and it sends anything clinical to your staff.
